Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

ARTICLE 24 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting FEM+ via the contact form on the website or by email.
For hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, FEM+ will refund the price of the relevant products as well as the cost of standard delivery.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and, where possible, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, FEM+ offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your FEM+ product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
